First Step Towards Daily Gratitude

In a journal or below, focus on three things that you are grateful for. Not a big thing, something small that brought you joy. Here are my examples-

  1. coffee in bed
  2. 20 minutes of uninterrupted reading
  3. cozy sweatpants

Do this daily at the start or end of your day. You will find a new appreciation for the small things that you might otherwise overlook.
